Huge Lot x80 Pcs EVENING STAR Silverplate Flatware by Oneida Community

Silverplate Flatware Set w/ Box. Beautiful set would give you an amazing collection of flatware or add to your existing pieces! Evening Star was introduced in 1950 and retired in 1961. The backs are COMMUNITY, the knives are marked stainless on the blade.

This was an estate find, so I can not say whether they were used or not. They were obviously very well cared for.

If there is any wear at all, I would say it is very minor vintage wear and what you would expect with someone who take very good care of their stuff. A few pieces have some tarnish, but I will leave any polishing up to the new owner. A few pieces (most notably some knives) have some wearing of the silverplate. Overall, they are in excellent condition for their vintage age with many more years of use and enjoyment left. If you are familiar with Oneida Community's Evening Star, then you know this is a GREAT deal!
